For years I have played with circular undulating spiraling movements to ready my joints before excercise or physical activity. This is an EASY does it approach, very user friendly, incredibly pleasurable, and most addictive. There are basic, intermediate, and advanced curricula on the DVD. This will radically change how you move no matter what you do: bake cookies or break bricks.
