Physical Therapy

Terminal knee extension is almost there. Yay. That was scary. I never realized what that last inch meant for my functional gait. The psoas insertion into the femur and the soleus all over had been very sore. Now all good. Working on that scar tissue with myofascial release and cross-fiber friction. Leg exercises? Lots of glute medius work with therabands, plus quad work like wall-slides, leg raises, half-squats, step ups/dwns, biking and more. Swimming's been easy but i'm going way easy on the froggie leg thrusts. Upper body stuff no problem. Just let myself down eeeasy when I come down from the chin-up bar and try not to walk heavy weights around.
