This is a plastic bat ($1.99) bought at Rite-Aid plus 12.5 lbs. of sand from HMB, a little duct tape to strengthen the handle et voila':one very inexpensive yet functional clubbell. I've had it a year and half, use it several times a week, and it's not showing any wear yet. I on the other hand am quite bushed...
